Everything has been very well taken care of. The project was completed smoothly, with all costs and payments clearly explained, which gives real peace of mind. The mortgage was properly cancelled both at the notary and at the Land Registry, leaving the property free of any charges or concerns. In addition, thanks to the deed of declaration of new build by antiquity, the property is now fully regularised, with no outstanding issues or complications. The donation of 50% and the sale of the remaining 50% of the property were handled clearly and correctly, easy to understand and accurately reflecting the wishes of all parties.
